‣• Active customer search and relationship building;
‣• Caring and professional customer counselling and service;
‣• Representation of the interests of clients in the purchase, sale or rental of real estate;
‣• Organisation of meetings, negotiations, submission of commercial proposals and presentation of the subject matter;
‣• Preparation of contracts and other documentation required for sales;
‣• Market analysis, monitoring of the competitive environment;
‣• Preparation of promotional material.

Requirements:
‣• Impeccable reputation;
‣• Ability to clarify customer needs;
‣• Excellent planning, organisation, communication and negotiating skills;
‣• Autonomy, initiative, communication, creativity;
‣• Good computer skills;
‣• Ability to communicate with customers outside of work and on weekends;
‣• Driving licence (Cat B), own car.
